Tata Consultancy Services Limited in Bengaluru, India, is seeking a payroll professional to manage end-to-end payroll processing for hourly and salaried staff. The role requires Spanish language fluency and strong data accuracy.

You will work with ADP/Workday/SAP and collaborate with HR to handle timekeeping, tax calculations, benefits, and queries while maintaining confidentiality and meeting tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• 2 to 4 years of experience with payroll systems and processing
• Fluency in Spanish
• Strong understanding of IRPF (Personal Income Tax), Seguridad Social contributions, statutory benefits, and collective bargaining agreements (Convenios)
• Maintains payroll information by collecting, calculating, and entering data
• Processing and reviewing/analysis of end-to-end payroll to completion
• Maintain employment records and individually handle HR related queries
• Attention to details and excellent analytical skills
• Ability to manage deadlines in a demanding environment
• Elevated level of professionalism and confidentiality
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Responsabilités

• Process payroll for hourly and salaried employees according to client's pay calendar/pay schedule
• Review and validate timekeeping records, payroll adjustments, and employee changes
• Ensure accurate calculation of wages, overtime, bonuses, deductions, and taxes
• Maintain payroll records in compliance with required statutory and country/site regulations
• Respond to employee payroll inquiries and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner
• Coordinate with HR regarding new hires, terminations, benefits, and employee updates
