Responsibilities

• Develop high-quality RFP responses, proposal documents, compliance matrices, executive summaries, customer presentations, and supporting technical-commercial documentation.
• Translate complex technical concepts into customer-focused proposal content and business-ready materials.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather inputs and develop competitive proposals.
• Conduct feasibility studies and solution-fit analyses against customer needs and Dhruva Space's portfolio.
• Support opportunity qualification with technical feasibility and commercial considerations.
• Contribute to solution shaping across satellites, launch services, ground segment solutions, and future offerings.
• Prepare technical presentations, clarifications, and customer-facing demonstrations.
• Assist in internal reviews, proposal tracking, and stakeholder alignment.

Working at the intersection of engineering and business, the role involves preparing customer proposals, conducting technical and commercial assessments, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and helping shape solutions that address customer needs. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical thinking.

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Develop high-quality RFP responses, proposal documents, compliance matrices, executive summaries, customer presentations, and supporting technical-commercial documentation.
• Translate complex technical concepts into customer-focused proposal content and business-ready communication materials.
• Coordinate with engineering, program management, product, and business teams to gather inputs and develop accurate, persuasive, and competitive proposals.
• Conduct feasibility studies, requirement assessments, and solution-fit analyses against customer needs and Dhruva Space's portfolio offerings.
• Support opportunity qualification activities by evaluating technical feasibility, delivery practicality, commercial considerations, and customer requirements.
• Contribute to solution shaping across satellites, launch services, ground segment solutions, mission support services, and future technology offerings.
• Assist in preparing technical presentations, proposal clarifications, and customer-facing solution demonstrations.
• Support internal reviews, proposal tracking, stakeholder alignment, and opportunity management activities.

Candidate Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Space Systems Engineering, Physics, or a related technical discipline.
• 5-8 years of experience in proposal management, business development, systems engineering, solution engineering, technical consulting, technical documentation, or related analytical roles.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create structured, concise, and persuasive customer-facing documents and presentations.
• Experience coordinating across engineering, program management, and business teams to deliver complex projects or proposals.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to conduct feasibility studies, solution-fit assessments, and technical-commercial evaluations.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams, priorities, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong stakeholder management and customer-facing communication skills.
• Proactive mindset with a high degree of ownership and the ability to work independently.
