Job summary

Digantara in Bengaluru is seeking a Technical Solutions Architect to bridge customer mission requirements and engineering execution across aerospace and defence programs. Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Aerospace, Electrical, Electronics, Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
  • 5+ years of experience in systems engineering, solution engineering, mission design, or technical solution development within aerospace/defence/high-tech sectors.
  • Strong understanding of systems engineering principles, solution architecture, and mission-oriented solution development.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate customer operational requirements into technically viable and scalable solutions for complex engineering programs.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver technically compliant solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the technical SME during customer engagements and procurement discussions.
  • Support solution architecture development aligned with mission objectives and procurement requirements.
  • Translate customer operational requirements into technical and mission-oriented solutions.
  • Coordinate with Product and Engineering teams to communicate customer requirements and capability gaps.
  • Support demonstrations, technical workshops, evaluations, and proof-of-concept activities.
  • Assist Capture and Proposal teams in developing technically compliant and competitive solutions.
  • Ensure alignment between customer expectations, product capabilities, and delivery feasibility.

Preferred Qualities
  • Demonstrated experience in Systems Engineering, Hardware Engineering, or Astrodynamics, with exposure to end‑to‑end system lifecycle considerations.
  • Prior involvement in satellite development, payload integration, or space mission execution.
  • Experience in customer‑facing technical roles, particularly within defence or sovereign capability programs.
