Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the spa.
• Lead, supervise, and motivate the spa therapists and front-desk team.
• Ensure high standards of customer service, hygiene, grooming, and treatment quality.
• Handle client consultations and recommend treatments.
• Drive sales, upselling, and cross-selling of spa treatments, packages, memberships, and products.
• Aim to achieve monthly sales and revenue targets while maintaining client relationships.
• Monitor customer feedback and complaints and resolve promptly.
• Build relationships with existing clients to improve retention and repeat visits.
• Manage staff schedules, attendance, performance, and training.
• Monitor inventory of spa products, consumables, and equipment and coordinate replenishment.
• Ensure treatments are performed according to SOPs and safety standards.
• Track daily operations, bookings, sales, and other performance reports.
• Coordinate promotional offers and campaigns to increase business.
• Maintain a professional, welcoming, and premium spa experience for every client.
