Job Overview

Based in Navi Mumbai, we specialize in offering a wide range of services, including application environment support, IT infrastructure environment management, network monitoring, end‑user support, and service design and monitoring.

Position Summary

The Voice Engineer will be responsible for maintaining Voice infrastructure including SBC and Broadworks systems across our data centers.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and monitor SBC and Broadworks environments.
• Perform daily system monitoring, verify the integrity and availability of all network resources, review logs, and confirm completion of scheduled jobs.
• Build, maintain, and troubleshoot MS SQL and Oracle databases.
• Use tools such as Elastic Search or Thousand Eyes for monitoring and troubleshooting.
• Administer Windows, ESX, and Linux servers.
• Apply operating system updates, patches, and configuration changes.
• Engage with vendors providing VoIP network components and stay abreast of new features.
• Participate in the resolution of ServiceNow tickets by taking ownership, resolving, and closing with proper detail.
• Communicate effectively at all levels of the organization, with internal or external customers, in written and oral format.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role.
• B.S. and/or related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years experience configuring Broadworks and SBCs in compliance with Global Security and Compliance Standards.
• Experience with compliance and vulnerability management.
• Proficiency with Elastic Search, Thousand Eyes, or similar tools.
• Knowledge of administrators/troubleshooting Windows, ESX, and Linux servers.
• Familiarity with security compliance and risk management frameworks such as NIST 800‑53, CIS CSC, ISO 27001, and PCI DSS.
• Hardware EOL/EOS Management and mitigation planning.
• Experience with ACME/Oracle SBC and BroadSoft Broadworks.
• Solid knowledge of VoIP protocols (SIP, H323, MGCP, RTP) and codec troubleshooting.
• Experience with VoIP security platforms, robocall mitigation, STIR/SHAKEN, and VoIP troubleshooting tools.
• Voice traffic translation experience and understanding of LERG updates and deployments.
• Strong networking knowledge: TCP/IP, SFTP, DHCP, LAN, WAN, MPLS, Cisco routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Linux and VMware technologies proficiency.
• Experience with ServiceNow ticket resolution.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
