Job summary

Black Pepper in Amravati, Maharashtra, is seeking an experienced hotel chef to bolster our kitchen team. You will support the Head Chef, develop continental, international, Asian and Indian cuisine, and lead commis chefs to maintain top quality dishes daily.

Qualifications

• Hotel Mgmt + min 6 yrs exp in Hotels or Restaurants, multi cuisine exp in Conti / Intl Cuisine, Asian Cuisine and Indian Cuisine.
• Experience in managing teams, food cost, inventory control and guest PR.
