Job summary

Superhouse Group is seeking an experienced Sourcing/Procurement professional to develop and execute strategies for PPE, safety garments, fabrics, and packaging materials. The role involves onboarding suppliers, negotiating contracts, and ensuring timely material procurement to support production and customer commitments.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in PPE or apparel sourcing, strong knowledge of fabrics, supplier development, and proficiency with ERP systems like SAP or Oracle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Textile Engineering, Fashion Technology, Apparel Production, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in sourcing or procurement within PPE, safety garments, workwear, technical textiles, or apparel manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of fabrics, trims, and accessories, technical textiles, vendor development, and strategic sourcing.
• Proven expertise in supplier negotiation, cost analysis, contract management, and procurement planning.
• Good understanding of garment manufacturing processes and supply chain operations.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or equivalent).
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for PPE products, safety garments, fabrics, trims, accessories, and packaging materials.
• Identify, evaluate, onboard, and manage domestic and international suppliers.
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, contracts, and delivery schedules to achieve cost optimization.
• Ensure timely procurement of raw materials to support production plans and customer commitments.
• Work closely with Product Development, Merchandising, Production, Planning, Quality, and Supply Chain teams.
• Source innovative fabrics and technical materials that comply with customer and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct supplier audits and periodic performance evaluations based on quality, cost, delivery, and service.
• Monitor market trends, raw material price movements, and identify alternate sourcing opportunities.
• Ensure supplier compliance with company policies, sustainability requirements, and applicable quality standards.
• Manage RFQs, vendor quotations, purchase negotiations, and sourcing documentation.
• Resolve supply chain issues and ensure uninterrupted material availability.
• Drive continuous cost reduction and value engineering initiatives.
