• B.E./B.Tech in E&TC/CS/IT or B.Com/B.Sc/CA/CA Intern
• Basic understanding of the ITSM/ITIL Framework
• Quality Program and/or Training experience
• Technology management experience
• Understanding and development of macros, Visual Basic, process automations
• Certification in ITIL Foundation, IACCM, CPSM, or other relevant domain certificates

Experience

• 3 to 5 years in Supplier Management or Procurement domain
• Relevant experience in client-facing roles delivering scope of work with zero escalations
• Experience in Business Operations Management, Project Management or similar domain
• Experience working with virtual teams

Responsibilities

• Manage one or more strategic supplier relationships (internal or external)
• Understand and execute Supplier Assure framework and deliver core processes for supplier segmentation, performance management, contract management, and compliance
• Validate invoices (4‑way) and identify pricing discrepancies
• Identify and mitigate third‑party risks
• Conduct supplier due diligence and manage service request fulfillment according to SLA/KPIs
• Engage with external and internal stakeholders to ensure on‑time delivery and zero client escalations
• Lead day‑to‑day team operations for high‑performance, error‑free delivery
• Demonstrate proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), Microsoft Project, SharePoint, and Visio
• Adhere to Accenture’s Anti‑Corruption, Anti‑Bribery, Client Data Protection, and other policy requirements

Additional Requirements

• Must provide at least one real‑life scenario and outcome demonstrating proficiency in two of the skill sets listed under responsibilities
• Good communication skills and ability to articulate with senior internal and client leadership
