Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Business Advisory Senior Analyst in Gurugram to help clients optimize sourcing and procurement across spend categories. You will research suppliers, negotiate contracts, and analyze total cost of ownership to deliver value beyond PO processing.

The role emphasizes end-to-end RFx processes, data-driven spend analysis, and strong stakeholder collaboration. 5–8 years of experience and a BTech degree are expected, with possible rotational shifts.

Qualifications

• Strategic sourcing and category management methodologies.
• End‑to‑end RFx processes (RFI, RFP, RFQ) and e‑sourcing tools.
• Supplier negotiation, contract management, and commercial analysis.
• Spend analysis, market intelligence, and opportunity identification.
• Procurement systems such as Coupa, SAP, Ariba, Oracle, or similar platforms.
• Data analysis and reporting using Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and data visualisation.
• Stakeholder management and cross‑functional collaboration.
• Cost optimisation, value engineering, and total cost of ownership (TCO) assessments.
• Supplier relationship management, performance monitoring, and risk management.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills.
• BTech degree.

Sourcing & Procurement involves identifying, acquiring, and managing the goods and services an organization needs. This role includes researching suppliers, negotiating contracts, and purchasing materials. It also involves ensuring quality, cost‑effectiveness, and timely delivery. The goal is to support the organization’s operations by obtaining the best value and maintaining strong supplier relationships. Understand when & how to use a request for proposal (price and non-price factors) and RFQ (price only) and how to develop, execute and analyze the results. Collect and analyze quantitative and qualitative information to assess, screen and select suppliers.
