Job summary

Moglix is seeking a techno-commercial sourcing professional to build and manage a robust supplier network across Steel, Metal, MRO, and Industrial products. The role coordinates RFQs with the support and business teams to secure best-rate sourcing and drive revenue growth.

You will work closely with the Demand Team to convert opportunities, improve margins, and empanel new customers. Field visits and stakeholder coordination will be essential to deliver timely products and high customer

Qualifications

• Identifying and developing a strategic network of suppliers for steel, metal, MRO, and industrial products.
• Coordinate RFQs from customers with the Support/Business Team to ensure best-rate sourcing.
• Work closely with Demand Team to drive revenue objectives and margins.
• Engage suppliers and buyers to understand needs and provide sourcing solutions.

Responsibilities

• Handle the RFQ's received from customers by ensuring best rate sourcing in co-ordination with the Support/Business Team.
• Worked Closely with the Demand Team to ensure conversion and meeting the revenue objective.
• Margin improvement as the core objective through proper sourcing approach.
• To work on a new project in sourcing serviceability for empaneling new customers.
• Meeting/coordinating with the customer user and the buyers to understand the need to provide sourcing solution.
• Market visits to develop new supplier and new category.
• Identity TOD and M&A opportunities with suppliers.
• Prepare and present data to leadership team.
• Ensure supplier side contracting in place to serve customer orders with minimum delay.
• Working on rapport building with all End users and buyers.
• Ensure the ordered products are delivered in a timely manner.
• Resolve customers' complaints in an effective and respectful way.
• Solve customer escalations and rejections within TAT
• Ensure proper communication flow
