Job summary

Clarivate is seeking a Procurement Professional to support our Global Procurement Operations in managing the Procure-to-Pay process. You will create and manage Purchase Requisitions and Purchase Orders in Coupa, ensuring accuracy and timely processing while aligning with procurement policies.

You will partner with Sourcing, Accounts Payable, and internal stakeholders to resolve PO discrepancies, monitor status, and maintain data integrity. Hybrid work model with India-based operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Proven experience in Procurement and Sourcing (min 3 years).
• Strong knowledge of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes and PO management.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office especially Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage Purchase Requisitions and Purchase Orders in Coupa, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
• Review supplier ordering documents and capture information in Coupa.
• Collaborate with Sourcing, Accounts Payable, stakeholders, and suppliers to resolve PO issues.
• Monitor PO status, ensure data accuracy, and maintain policy compliance.
• Provide guidance, training, onboarding, and best-practice adoption for Coupa users.

Job description

As a Part of Procurement Center of Excellence , you will be part of our Global Procurement Operations team, supporting a seamless Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process across multiple business units globally. You will be responsible for creating and managing Purchase Requisitions and Purchase Orders in Coupa, ensuring accuracy, timely processing, and compliance with procurement policies and procedures.

About You – Experience, Education, Skills, And Accomplishments

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Procurement and Sourcing.
• Good understanding of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes and Purchase Order management.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

It would be great if you also have

• Hands-on experience working with Coupa.
• Experience with other procurement platforms such as Ariba, Ivalua, SAP, NetSuite, or Jaggaer.
• Experience supporting global procurement operations.
• Good understanding of procurement policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
• Experience training or guiding stakeholders and users on procurement systems and processes.

What will you be doing in this role?

• Create and manage Purchase Requisitions and Purchase Orders in Coupa, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
• Review supplier ordering documents and accurately capture relevant information in Coupa.
• Partner with Sourcing, Accounts Payable, internal stakeholders, and suppliers to resolve PO-related issues and discrepancies.
• Monitor Purchase Order status, maintain data accuracy, and ensure compliance with Procurement and Accounts Payable policies.
• Support Coupa users through process guidance, training, onboarding, and adoption of procurement best practices.

Hours of work

• Monday to Friday | 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM IST | Hybrid work model
