Job summary

Clarivate Plc is seeking a Sourcing Analyst (Procurement) to join our Global Procurement Operations. You will create and manage POs in Coupa, ensure accuracy, and collaborate with stakeholders to resolve PO issues.

The role requires 3+ years in procurement and a solid P2P background. Hybrid work model with IST work hours, and a focus on policy compliance and global operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Procurement and Sourcing.
• Good understanding of P2P processes and PO management.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Hands-on experience with Coupa and other procurement platforms (Ariba/Ivalua/SAP/NetSuite/Jaggaer).
• Experience supporting global procurement operations and policy compliance.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage Purchase Requisitions and Purchase Orders in Coupa.
• Review supplier ordering documents and capture information in Coupa.
• Partner with Sourcing, Accounts Payable, internal stakeholders, and suppliers to resolve PO-related issues.
• Monitor PO status, maintain data accuracy, and ensure compliance with policies.
• Support Coupa users through guidance, training, onboarding, and best-practice adoption.

Sourcing Analyst (Procurement)

As a Part Of Procurement Center of Excellence , you will be part of our Global Procurement Operations team, supporting a seamless Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process across multiple business units globally.

You will be responsible for creating and managing Purchase Requisitions and Purchase Orders in Coupa, ensuring accuracy, timely processing, and compliance with procurement policies and procedures.

About you – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Procurement and Sourcing.
• Good understanding of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes and Purchase Order management.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• It would be great if you also have Hands-on experience working with Coupa.
• Experience with other procurement platforms such as Ariba, Ivalua, SAP, NetSuite, or Jaggaer.
• Experience supporting global procurement operations.
• Good understanding of procurement policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
• Experience training or guiding stakeholders and users on procurement systems and processes.

What will you be doing in this role?

• Create and manage Purchase Requisitions and Purchase Orders in Coupa, ensuring accurate and timely processing.

• Support Coupa users through process guidance, training, onboarding, and adoption of procurement best practices.

Hours of work Monday to Friday | 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM IST | Hybrid work model
