Job summary

N-21.AI India is seeking a senior Solutions Delivery Leader to design and drive enterprise deployments in health tech. You will coordinate across client, product, engineering, data, and AI teams to deliver from kickoff to production.

You will turn complex healthcare regulations into practical tech solutions, manage executive stakeholders, and ensure adoption and measurable outcomes. This role requires 6-9+ years and deep health-plan/provider experience.

Qualifications

• 6-9+ years in enterprise SaaS, AI, data platforms, or healthcare tech.
• Deep expertise with health plans or provider organizations.

Key Responsibilities

• Solution design. Design how N-21.ai fits into each clients systems, data, and workflows from end to end.
• Delivery. Lead implementation from kick-off to production, working across client, product, engineering, data, and AI teams.
• The technical relationship. You are the person the client's architects, data teams, and ops leaders trust and call.
• Focus on outcomesnot just going live. Drive adoption, measurable impact, and the clients willingness to expand.
• Escalations. When something breaks in implementation or production, you drive investigation, root cause, and resolution.
• The feedback loop. Turn recurring client requirements and implementation learnings into product input and reusable solution patternsnot knowledge that stays only with you.

Required Qualifications

• 6-9+ years across some combination of enterprise SaaS, AI or data platforms, healthcare technology, consulting, solution engineering, technical customer success, or implementation and delivery leadership.
• Deep expertise and experience working with health plans and/or provider organizations.
• Ability to turn complex healthcare regulations and operational challenges into practical business and technology solutions.
• Excellent executive communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.
• What matters most:
• You have managed enterprise deployments from start to finish and taken ownership when things went wrong.
• You are technical enough to design, troubleshoot, and challenge decisionsnot just coordinate.
• You can work confidently with both a VP of Operations and a senior/staff engineer.
• You work well even when processes are not fully defined, and you create the right processes when they are missing.
