Orange is seeking a Solution Expert in Gurugram to support the delivery of complex telecom/IT solutions. You will coordinate global stakeholders, understand advanced solutions, and drive Level 3 support in a virtual, globally distributed team.

The role emphasizes collaboration, clear communication, and technical leadership. You will work in a hybrid environment, engage in pre-sales qualification, and help design customer solutions while maintaining a can-do attitude and challenging the status

• Perform service changes by assessing risk and implementing requests per Change Management process.
• Perform solution releases by authorizing, validating and implementing changes and migrations.

About the role

Technical Responsibilities:

• Resolving high complexity scope for integration and delivery.Provide next level technical support for Platform/Connectivity/CSP/MPN and other technology as a service.
• Perform service changes by assessing risk and implementing requests reported within the agreed Change Management process through Orange Change tools.
• Perform solution releases by authorizing, validating (changes, upgrades, updates, patches and migrations) and implementing them.
• Manage customer (internal and external entities) technical discussions and provide them with regular updates as per each of the service and business requirement

Knowledge and Abilities

Ability to:

• Communicate, organize global stake holder meetingsMaintain specific (as per role) skills within the bounds of a project and business need.
• Organize the delivery of a complex serviceUnderstand advanced complex solutions and relevant problematics
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Work in a virtual team environment.

Education, Qualifications, and Certifications

• Degree in IT/ Telecommunications, preferred

Other (Desirable):

• Good understanding on SDWAN / Security products
• Cisco, Plao Alto, Fortinet Certifications with good network background is must.

Experience:

• Overall experience of 8-10years of experience in the TELECOM or IT industry managing external customer facing projects
• Customer Service and Telecommunications experience, highly desirable
• Previous involvement in network deployment projects and operations and must-have hands-on technical experience

• Help in pre-sale step for the technical qualification for the customer’s needs

• Realize the Level 3 support on our solutions
