Job summary

Neilsoft is seeking a senior solution architect to lead technical discussions and shape architecture for client engagements in AEC/BIM domains. You will drive discovery sessions, RFP responses, and solution demos, aligning with Neilsoft's IPs and delivery standards.

Ideal candidates have extensive CAx and cloud experience, strong communication skills, and willingness to travel internationally to USA/Canada/APAC. This role demands deep architectural thinking and presales contributions.

Qualifications

• BE/BTech/ME/MTech in Civil OR Structural Engineering.
• 12–14 years of experience in solution architecture, technical consulting, or software engineering.
• Exposure to CAx technology, Azure/AWS cloud, integration patterns.
• AEC/BIM software exposure preferred.
• Good communication and presentation skills with client stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel internationally to USA/Canada/APAC.

• Align proposed solutions with Neilsoft IPs/frameworks, product capabilities, and delivery standards.
• Evaluate client technology environments and recommend integration approaches.

• Participate in client discovery sessions, requirements workshops, and solution walkthroughs
• Contribute to RFP responses, technical proposals, and solution documentation
• Demonstrate Neilsoft's software portfolio through structured demos and proof-of-concept presentations Solution Design & Architecture
• Design practical, scalable solution architectures for client engagements across AEC/BIM domains
• Develop solution blueprints, effort estimates, and technical scope documents for presales proposals
• Align proposed solutions with Neilsoft's reusable IPs/Frameworks, product capabilities, and delivery standards

Required Qualifications

• 12–14 years of experience in solution architecture, technical consulting, or software engineering
• Strong hands-on knowledge of CAx technology, Cloud platforms (Azure/AWS), integration patterns, etc.
• Exposure to engineering technology domains — AEC / BIM software — preferred
• Good communication and presentation skills — comfortable engaging with client technical and business stakeholders
• Willingness to travel internationally to USA/Canada/APAC on occasion
