Job summary

Coforge is seeking a Solution Architect to lead strategic IT solutioning across AI, Cloud, Data, and digital platforms. You will shape win themes, architect integrated solutions, and drive collaboration across sales, delivery, and executive teams to develop competitive, scalable proposals.

The role requires strong commercial acumen, background in large IT services deals, and the ability to engage CXOs in strategic discussions and decision making.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of overall experience with large IT services deals and enterprise solutioning.
• 7-10 years of experience in solution architecture, pre-sales, consulting, or bid management.
• Strong understanding of Applications, Cloud, Infrastructure, Data, AI, and Digital Transformation.

Responsibilities

• Lead solution strategy for strategic pursuits and shape win themes and proposal narrative.
• Architect integrated solutions across AI, Cloud, Data, Digital Engineering, and Enterprise Platforms.
• Drive collaboration across Sales, Delivery, Industry Teams, HR, Finance, and Legal for viable solutions.
• Embed AI-led innovation, automation, analytics and transformation frameworks into proposals.
• Own commercial solutioning, estimation, pricing strategy, business case development, and deal profitability.
• Lead client interactions including proposal discussions, due diligence, BAFOs, and executive presentations.
• Manage bid governance, risk assessments, leadership reviews, and win-room execution.
• Mentor and guide a small team of solutioning professionals.

What We're Looking For

• Experience creating integrated solutions across multiple service lines and industry domains.
• Strong commercial acumen, deal pricing, estimation, and business case development skills.
• Excellent executive communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
• Ability to confidently engage with CXOs and lead strategic customer discussions.
