Job summary

Wipro in Bengaluru is seeking a Solution Lead to drive end-to-end F&A & HRO technology solutions, translating business processes into practical technology outcomes. You will map problem statements, collaborate with functional and domain experts, and develop artefacts and value propositions with a clear view of end-to-end processes and partnerships.

You will work as an individual contributor, articulating solutions, responding to RFIs/RFPs, and defending proposals with clients while coordinating

Qualifications

• More than 10 years of experience in relevant roles.

Responsibilities

• Understand business processes to identify problem statements in the F&A & HRO vertical and translate them into technology solutions.
• Collaborate with functional and domain experts and bring in partner technologies and alliances.
• Develop solution artefacts and value propositions aligned with end-to-end business processes.
• Build relationships with stakeholders across business, technology, and sales.
• Respond to RFIs/RFPs and defend/present solutions with clients alongside onsite sales teams.
