Job summary

axldrone is seeking a seasoned professional to gather and analyze business and technical requirements, translate solutions into experiments, and oversee scoping and design across project lifecycles. You will work with Delivery Leads, Developers and QA to ensure alignment with client needs and market demands.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in business/system requirements and technical analysis.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum/SAFe) and Agile workflows.
• Experience leading Agile teams on complex projects in dynamic environments.
• Deep understanding of business processes behind applications and software integration.
• Solid grasp of business and technology processes, software implementation and enterprise solutions.
• Excellent oral and written communication, including process documentation.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, negotiation, project management and organizational skills.
