Job summary

Jobtailor in Mumbai is seeking an experienced Solutions Consultant to partner with Sales during discovery, design scalable architectures, and conduct compelling product demonstrations and POCs.

You will lead customer onboarding, implementation, deployment and user adoption; design and support API, Webhook, and third‑party integrations; and collaborate with Product and Engineering to resolve complex technical challenges while driving customer success.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years of experience in Solutions Consulting, Solution Engineering, Implementation Consulting, Technical Account Management, Customer Success, or Pre‑Sales.
• Strong expertise in enterprise SaaS implementations and solution design.
• Hands‑on experience with REST APIs, JSON, Webhooks, and system integrations.
• Experience in requirement gathering, business process analysis, and technical workshops.
• Knowledge of SQL, data mapping, and enterprise applications is preferred.
• Exposure to Compliance, Risk Management, FinTech, RegTech, or Due Diligence solutions is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and problem‑solving skills.
