Job summary

Infobip is seeking a Solutions Engineering Intern in Mumbai to help deliver customer-ready solutions under senior mentorship. You will participate in solution proposals, design, delivery, and integrations, and help create demos and POCs that show value.

The role values curiosity, teamwork, and a passion for learning. Pursuing or recently finished a CS/SE degree with strong analytical, communication, and coding skills, plus interest in AI tools, will fit well.

Qualifications

• Degree in CS/SE or related field is required or recently completed.
• Strong analytical and communication skills with team collaboration.
• Experience with Python and/or JavaScript is a plus and GitHub portfolio expected.
• Familiarity with AI tools and AI-assisted development is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Assist in solution proposals, design, and delivery under mentorship.
• Develop demos and POCs to illustrate customer value.
• Collect requirements and design simple technical solutions and integration plans.
• Provide technical documentation and assist with scoping and quotes.

Duration: 6 Months

We are looking for a Solution Engineering Intern to join our team and help us deliver innovative solutions to our customers. As a Solution Engineering Intern, you will work under the supervision of mentor and senior team members and participate in the activities for Infobip’s solution proposals, solution design, delivery, and integrations.

Responsibilities

• Help customers understand the value of Infobip solutions and services
• Develop a foundational understanding of the customers’ businesses, with a goal of knowing exactly which of our solutions and products can help them evolve their business
• Assist in designing new and innovative solutions to meet customers’ business needs
• Collect the technical requirements and design simple technical solutions and service integration plans
• Provide support in handling technical and security questionnaires
• Conduct captivating demos and POCs
• Assist in conducting scoping exercises and contribute to service quote estimations
• Deliver comprehensive and precise technical documentation
• Configure and implement Infobip solutions to meet customer’s business requirements
• Assist in trainings and solution enablement sessions for SMB customers and document with meeting minutes summaries

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or recently graduated.
• Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines.
• Passion for learning new technologies, development tools, and emerging trends.
• Familiarity with artificial intelligence tools, projects, or applications.
• Experience with Python and/or JavaScript is a plus.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code is an advantage.
• GitHub profile showcasing relevant projects, technical contributions, or a software development portfolio.
• Demonstrated interest in building practical software, AI solutions, or technology-focused projects.
