Smartstream in Bengaluru is seeking a Solutions Consultant to provide technical leadership in a global support environment. You will demonstrate strong UNIX and SQL skills, apply them to real-world problems, and work with clients and internal teams to deliver high-quality, timely services.

Qualifications

• Troubleshoot environment, data control and operational issues.
• Take initiative to automate and streamline the process using scripts and scheduling tool.

• Basic understanding of AIR config.
• Unix and SQL knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with team members, clients, and manager verbally and in writing.
• Provide regular progress updates to the functional manager/ team Manager.
• Ensure accurate, timely and quality delivery of services within a risk-free, controlled environment.
• Contribute to automation and process improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with team to deliver value individually and as a group.
