Job summary

Seismic is seeking an experienced Solution Consultant I to join our Professional Services practice in a fast-paced, project-based environment. You will collaborate with client teams to document business and content needs and guide them through a Seismic deployment that delivers measurable results.

You will enable organizational change, provide ongoing support per SLAs, and assist with on-site or virtual training while coordinating multiple engagements with a proactive, can-do mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 2–3 years in an implementation delivery consultant or similar role.
• Solid client-facing experience with influence and expectation management.
• Ability to architect solutions based on customer requirements using Seismic.
• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Consult with the client to understand and document business and content problems.
• Guide the client through Seismic implementation using sales enablement best practices.
• Enable change management to drive successful outcomes.
• Provide ongoing support per SLAs for existing clients.
• Assist with on-site and virtual training as necessary.
• Project manage engagements as needed.

Are you an experienced consulting professional seeking an exciting new challenge? We are looking for a Solution Consultant I who will belong to an amazing team of Professional Services practitioners committed to laying the foundation for our client’s successful sales enablement journey. We are searching for a candidate that is willing to work PST hours.

Who you are:

• 2-3 years of previous experience working as an implementation delivery consultant or similar type role
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
• Solid client-facing experience with the ability to influence and manage expectations
• Ability to understand a client’s existing repositories and use-cases to help guide the client through implementation
• Critical thinking, analysis, troubleshooting, and problem-solving expertise
• Ability to architect solutions based on customer requirements using the capabilities of Seismic
• Proficiency with the entire Microsoft Office Suite, with an emphasis on Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with proven ability to initiate and manage relationships with customers at all levels
• Prior experience with SaaS a plus
• A chameleon – part Consultant, part Business Analyst, part Project Manager
• Comfortable not always having all the answers, but know where or how to find them
• Possess a strong sense of ownership and takes pride in all that you do
• Comfortable in dynamic environments with changing priorities
• Skilled at managing multiple responsibilities while striving to exceed expectations
• Displays a sense of humor and humility during those challenging times

What you’ll be doing:

• Consult with the client to understand and document the business and content related problems
• Leverage sales enablement best practices to guide the client through the implementation of a Seismic solution that solves the problems
• Enable the organization for the change management required to drive successful outcomes
• Provide support and ongoing services for existing clients in accordance with SLAs
• Assist with conducting on-site and virtual training with clients as necessary
• Project manage engagements as needed
