Job summary

Seismic in Hyderabad is seeking a Solution Consultant I to join our Professional Services team. You will work with clients to document business and content problems and guide the implementation of Seismic solutions.

The role requires 2–3 years of implementation delivery experience, a Bachelor's degree, strong client-facing skills, and proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite. You will manage multiple engagements and support change management to drive successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in implementation delivery or similar role.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong client-facing skills with ability to influence and manage expectations.
• Ability to map client repositories and use-cases to implementation steps.
• Analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to architect solutions using Seismic capabilities.
• Proficiency with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; strong written and verbal communication.
• SaaS experience a plus; adaptable to multi-hat roles.

Responsibilities

• Consult with clients to understand and document business and content problems.
• Guide client through the Seismic implementation using enablement best practices.
• Support change management to drive successful outcomes.
• Provide ongoing support for existing clients per SLAs.
• Conduct on-site and virtual training as needed.

Are you an experienced consulting professional seeking an exciting new challenge? We are looking for a Solution Consultant I who will belong to an amazing team of Professional Services practitioners committed to laying the foundation for our client’s successful sales enablement journey. We are searching for a candidate that is willing to work PST hours.

Who you are:

• 2-3 years of previous experience working as an implementation delivery consultant or similar type role
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
• Solid client-facing experience with the ability to influence and manage expectations
• Ability to understand a client’s existing repositories and use-cases to help guide the client through implementation
• Critical thinking, analysis, troubleshooting, and problem-solving expertise
• Ability to architect solutions based on customer requirements using the capabilities of Seismic
• Proficiency with the entire Microsoft Office Suite, with an emphasis on Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with proven ability to initiate and manage relationships with customers at all levels
• Prior experience with SaaS a plus
• A chameleon – part Consultant, part Business Analyst, part Project Manager
• Comfortable not always having all the answers, but know where or how to find them
• Possess a strong sense of ownership and takes pride in all that you do
• Comfortable in dynamic environments with changing priorities
• Skilled at managing multiple responsibilities while striving to exceed expectations
• Displays a sense of humor and humility during those challenging times

What you'll be doing:

• Consult with the client to understand and document the business and content related problems
• Leverage sales enablement best practices to guide the client through the implementation of a Seismic solution that solves the problems
• Enable the organization for the change management required to drive successful outcomes
• Provide support and ongoing services for existing clients in accordance with SLAs
• Assist with conducting on-site and virtual training with clients as necessary
• Project manage engagements as needed
