Seismic is seeking a Solution Consultant I to join its Professional Services team. The role focuses on implementing Seismic solutions for clients, guiding them through enablement, and delivering successful outcomes while aligning to PST hours.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in implementation delivery or similar role
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• Solid client-facing experience with ability to influence and manage expectations
• Ability to map client repositories and use-cases to implementation
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to architect solutions using Seismic capabilities
• Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Excellent written and verbal communication across levels
• Experience with SaaS is a plus
• Willing to wear multiple hats: consultant, business analyst, project manager

• Enable change management for successful outcomes
• Provide ongoing support per SLAs

Are you an experienced consulting professional seeking an exciting new challenge? We are looking for a Solution Consultant I who will belong to an amazing team of Professional Services practitioners committed to laying the foundation for our client’s successful sales enablement journey. We are searching for a candidate that is willing to work PST hours.

Who you are:

• 2-3 years of previous experience working as an implementation delivery consultant or similar type role
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
• Solid client-facing experience with the ability to influence and manage expectations
• Ability to understand a client’s existing repositories and use-cases to help guide the client through implementation
• Critical thinking, analysis, troubleshooting, and problem-solving expertise
• Ability to architect solutions based on customer requirements using the capabilities of Seismic
• Proficiency with the entire Microsoft Office Suite, with an emphasis on Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with proven ability to initiate and manage relationships with customers at all levels
• Prior experience with SaaS a plus
• A chameleon – part Consultant, part Business Analyst, part Project Manager
• Comfortable not always having all the answers, but know where or how to find them
• Possess a strong sense of ownership and takes pride in all that you do
• Comfortable in dynamic environments with changing priorities
• Skilled at managing multiple responsibilities while striving to exceed expectations
• Displays a sense of humor and humility during those challenging times

What you’ll be doing:

• Consult with the client to understand and document the business and content related problems
• Leverage sales enablement best practices to guide the client through the implementation of a Seismic solution that solves the problems
• Enable the organization for the change management required to drive successful outcomes
• Provide support and ongoing services for existing clients in accordance with SLAs
• Assist with conducting on-site and virtual training with clients as necessary
• Project manage engagements as needed
