Job summary

Ericsson in Bangalore is seeking a seasoned Solution Architect to analyze, design, and develop scalable technical solutions based on customer needs. You will translate business opportunities into detailed offerings and drive the solution roadmap across cloud and data platforms.

You will lead end-to-end solution development, oversee data pipelines, ML/AI model deployment (ML Ops), and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure robust, scalable architectures in production environments.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of programming in large scale production systems using Python, PySpark, Airflow.
• Strong SQL and NoSQL experience; write advanced, performant queries.
• Experience with container ecosystems (Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).
• Experience architecting and deploying ML/DL models (ML Ops) in production.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

About this opportunity: Join our dynamic team at Ericsson as a Solution Architect. In this pivotal role, you will be tasked with analyzing, designing, and developing commercially viable technical solutions in your respective technical domain. These solutions will be based on customer specifications and business needs. As Solution Architect, you will be responsible for creating both short- and long-term profitable business strategies for Ericsson. This will be accomplished by working closely with the Core 3 team to translate customer needs and technology opportunities into detailed technical offerings, solutions, and proposals.

The skills you bring

• 10+ years of programming in large scale production systems, in languages such as Python, PySpark, Airflow
• Excellent Knowledge in python and packages for data analysis (scikit-learn, scipy, numpy, pandas, matplotlib)
• Excellent knowledge of SQL databases and ability to write advanced, performant SQL queries
• Strong experience on SQL & NoSQL databases like MongoDB, Cassandra, Elasticsearch, Kafka, Apache Spark etc
• Experience with one or more Container-ecosystem (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Experience in designing scalable data pipelines and use of open source tools in design, deployment and management of robust data pipelines (Apache Airflow/Apache Nifi)
• Experience in one or more of Microsoft Azure, GCP, AWS and Continuous Integration & Continuous Training into these platforms
• 4+ years of experience in architecting and deploying and operating ML/DL models (ML Ops) in production in cloud and edge environments
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Desirable Skills:

• Machine Learning and Deep Learning toolkits;
• 3+ of experience in modern AI/ML model governance practices.
