Job summary

Ericsson GmbH in Mumbai seeks an ENM/OSS Solution Architect to engage Tier-1 telecom providers and manage internal stakeholders. You will analyze, design and develop end-to-end technical solutions aligned with customer needs, driving profitable business for Ericsson.

Responsibilities include defining solution offerings, leading teams, developing presentations and supporting deployment, while contributing to R&D and knowledge transfer to enable customer competence build.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent.
• 8–10 years experience, 4–6 years as an architect in telecommunications.
• Proficient in ENM/ENIQ/NETAN/OMBS design and troubleshooting.
• Experience with ENM suite, 5G architecture, OSS/NMS, cloud-native.
• Hands-on deployment and system integration of OSS/NMS.
• Strong customer engagement and communication skills.
• Automation and innovation mindset.

Join our Team

We are now looking for an ENM/OSS Solution Architect to actively engage Tier-1 Telecom service provider while also managing internal stakeholders. She/He will be responsible for analyzing, designing and developing commercially viable end-to-end technical solutions based on the customer specifications and business needs. Responsible for short and long-term profitable business for Ericsson by being part of or working closely with the Core 3 team to translate the customer need and technology opportunities into detailed technical offerings, solutions and proposals. Supports the Consultants during requirement analysis and high level design.

What you will do

• Scope, define and design solution offerings; driving end-to-end technical solutions
• Analyze customer technology, define business requirements and participate in risk analysis
• Work/lead the team on list of potential activities and solutions
• Develop technical presentations and proposals, and perform customer presentations
• Support deployment of solution
• Provide feedback to R&D
• Participate in knowledge transfer, documentation, and information sharing
• Stay abreast of on new technology/technical areas and share information about solution to enable customer competence build

Skills & Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent.
• Overall 8-10 years of experience out of which at least 4-6 years as an Architect in Telecommunications and leading large size projects.
• ENM, ENIQ, NETAN, OMBS design, deployment & troubleshooting knowledge is must.
• Domain experience: area of expertise – Ericsson ENM suite, 5G end to end Architecture, Slicing, Orchestration, OSS, Network Management System, Cloud/Cloud Native.
• ENM along with Redhat OpenShift knowledge is must.
• Knowledge around EIAP is an added advantage.
• Should have hands on experience in deployment and system integration of OSS and NMS system.
• Customer engagement & Management experience is must.
• Effective communication & presentation skills.
• Automation & innovation.
