Job summary

Infosys is seeking an experienced SAP FICO Solution Architect to drive S/4HANA transformation programs across finance processes. You will lead end-to-end solution design, governance, and deployment, coordinating with global delivery teams and client stakeholders.

The role demands deep domain knowledge, hands-on FICO expertise, and proven leadership in regulated environments with a focus on best practices, taxation, and SOX/GXP compliance.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of SAP & domain experience in SAP FICO.
• Strong hands-on and in-depth knowledge of S/4 HANA FICO.
• Exposure to P2P, O2C & M2D processes and tax procedures.
• Experience in highly regulated environments with GXP and SOX.
• Led at least two end-to-end S/4HANA implementations as Lead Functional Architect.
• Experience in Global Delivery Model (GDM) is a plus.

Job description

SAP FICO Solution Architect

• Candidate should have 15+ years of relevant SAP & domain experience in SAP FICO with Graduation/Post graduate/ICWA/CA
• Domain, process, functional / technical
• Strong hands-on and in-depth knowledge of S/4 HANA FICO module
• Strong understanding of the Financial Accounting processes coupled with exposure to various P2P,O2C & M2D process scenarios, good understanding of taxation procedures, the relevant accounting treatment and the statutory compliance as per applicable Accounting Principles.
• Thorough understanding of Agile and Activate methodologies.
• Good understanding of business processes in the life sciences / pharmaceutical domain.
• Should have done at least two end to end implementation projects in S/4HANA as a Lead Functional Solution Architect.
• Deep Knowledge and expertise in Finance BPML with an ability to guide clients to Industry Best practices.
• Experience in leading and driving Business process workshops and Fit / GAP analysis
• Proactive approach to problem solving.
• Experience in working in Global delivery model (GDM) will be an added advantage.
