• Experience creating architecture documents, technical specifications, and implementation guidelines.
• Strong stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, architect, and implement scalable integration solutions using MuleSoft, Salesforce Multi-Cloud, APIs, and related technologies.
• Work closely with clients and stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical integration solutions.
• Define integration architecture standards, best practices, governance frameworks, and deployment strategies.
• Lead integration projects from solution design through implementation and support.
• Ensure integrations meet functional, security, performance, and operational requirements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex integration and system issues.
• Collaborate with business analysts, developers, QA teams, and system owners throughout the project lifecycle.
• Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to development and QA teams.
• Stay up to date with emerging integration technologies, MuleSoft innovations, and Salesforce ecosystem advancements.
