Job summary

OSF Digital is seeking a highly experienced Salesforce Solution Architect with a strong Core Cloud background to lead the design and delivery of scalable Salesforce solutions. The candidate will drive architecture decisions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and platform capabilities while collaborating with stakeholders and delivery teams.

Qualifications

• 10-14+ years IT experience with 6-8+ years in Salesforce
• Proven experience as a Solution Architect or Technical Architect on multiple Salesforce implementations
• Hands-on background in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud implementations
• Experience delivering enterprise-scale and multi-cloud projects

• Provide architectural governance, reviews, and enforce development standards.

• Drive solution optimization, performance tuning, and scalability planning.
• Participate in pre-sales activities including solution design and client presentations.
• Mentor technical teams and build internal Salesforce capability.

Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Salesforce Solution Architect with a strong Core Cloud background to lead the design and delivery of scalable, high-quality Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and platform capabilities, and will play a critical role in driving architecture decisions across complex, multi-cloud projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end solution architecture for Salesforce implementations across Core Clouds (Sales, Service, Platform).
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and delivery teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Design multi-cloud architecture strategies, ensuring integration across Salesforce and external systems.
• Define data models, security models, and integration patterns aligned with best practices.
• Provide architectural governance, design reviews, and enforce development standards.
• Guide development teams on Apex, Lightning, APIs, and declarative solutions.
• Drive solution optimization, performance tuning, and scalability planning.
• Participate in pre-sales activities including solution design, effort estimation, and client presentations.
• Mentor technical teams and contribute to building internal Salesforce capability.

Requirements

Required Experience

• 10-14+ years of IT experience with 6-8+ years in Salesforce ecosystem
• Proven experience as a Solution Architect or Technical Architect on multiple Salesforce implementations
• Hands-on background in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud implementations
• Experience delivering enterprise-scale and multi-cloud projects

Core Technical Skills

• Deep expertise in:
• Sales Cloud
• Service Cloud
• Salesforce Platform (Flows, Apex, LWC, APIs)
• Strong understanding of:
• Data modeling and architecture
• Security & sharing model
• Integration patterns (REST/SOAP, middleware tools like MuleSoft)
• Experience with:
• Lightning framework (LWC/Aura)
• CI/CD tools (Copado, Gearset, Jenkins)
• DevOps best practices

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Exposure to:
• Experience Cloud
• CPQ / Revenue Cloud
• Marketing Cloud integrations
• Knowledge of industry solutions (Retail, BFSI, Manufacturing, etc.)
• Experience with Agile/Scrum delivery models

Certifications (Preferred / Required)

• Salesforce certifications such as:
• Salesforce Certified Application Architect (Required)
• System Architect (Strongly preferred)
• Sales Cloud Consultant
• Service Cloud Consultant
• TOGAF or equivalent architecture certifications (nice-to-have)
