Job summary

Taleo in India is seeking a Salesforce MuleSoft Lead Developer with 6-10 years of IT experience to lead design and delivery of integration solutions. You will drive API-led connectivity, secure APIs, and collaborate with business stakeholders to ensure scalable enterprise integrations.

You will mentor teams, guide architecture reviews, and oversee CI/CD deployments in an Agile environment, delivering robust MuleSoft-based integrations across Salesforce and other systems.

Qualifications

• 6-10 years of total IT experience.
• 4+ years hands-on with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform.
• Strong experience with MuleSoft components: Anypoint Studio, API Manager, Runtime Manager, DataWeave 2.0.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with multiple enterprise apps.
• Knowledge of REST/SOAP, JSON/XML, RAML/OpenAPI.
• Experience with CI/CD, DevOps practices, and source control.
• Leadership: drive technical discussions and coordinate teams.
• Agile/Scrum environment exposure.

Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will lead the design, development, implementation, and support of integration solutions, ensuring scalable and secure APIs while collaborating with business and technology stakeholders.

The candidate should possess strong technical leadership capabilities, hands‑on development expertise, and experience delivering integration solutions in Agile environments.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Skills

• 6-10 years of overall IT experience.
• 4+ years of hands‑on experience with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform.
• Strong experience in: Mule 4 Anypoint Studio API Manager Runtime Manager Exchange DataWeave 2.0 CloudHub / CloudHub 2.0
• Experience integrating Salesforce with: SAP Oracle Workday ServiceNow Banking/ERP applications Third-party systems
• Strong understanding of: REST APIs SOAP Web Services JSON XML RAML OpenAPI Specifications
