Job summary

Bristlecone India Limited seeks a seasoned Solution Architect for its Emerging Platforms – Delivery team to design, implement and optimize Kinaxis‑based demand and supply planning solutions. You will translate business requirements into robust architectures, author comprehensive documentation, and support post‑implementation governance.

You will lead cross‑functional delivery teams, ensure ERP/MES integration, and drive rapid‑response modeling.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in supply chain planning and solution architecture.
• Deep Kinaxis RapidResponse expertise including demand and supply planning modules.
• Proven track record of end-to-end Kinaxis implementations on emerging platforms.
• Strong background in solution authoring and configuration management.
• Hands-on experience with rapid-response scenario modeling and analytics.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to lead cross-functional delivery teams and mentor junior staff.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Supply Chain, or related field; Master’s preferred.
• Certifications (Kinaxis RapidResponse, TOGAF, PMP) are a plus.
• Willingness to travel to client sites as required.
