Qualifications

• 7–12 years of software development experience.
• Proven leadership and mentoring experience.
• Hands-on experience with backend technologies (Java/Python/Node.js/.NET, etc.).
• Experience in system design, microservices, APIs and scalable architecture.
• Proficiency with SQL/NoSQL databases.
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
