Job summary

Lotusflare Technologies in Pune is seeking a Solution Architect to own the technical relationship with customers from kickoff to go-live, aligning LotusFlare DNO Cloud with client goals and roadmap. You will influence security, cost, performance, and reliability while guiding best-practice architectures.

You will communicate with senior leadership, translate technology into business outcomes, and ensure project goals are met.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Project Management, Technical Program Management, or similar technical leadership role.
• Proficient in API design, client-server interaction design, and cloud infrastructure architecture.
• Telecommunication architecture experience across IT and Core domains to design solutions at scale.
• Experience delivering products against a plan in a fast-paced, multi-disciplined environment.
• Experience working independently to design, plan, and execute technical projects.
• Strong ability to distill data and justify trade-offs.
• Solid foundation in service-oriented and digital technologies to understand dependencies and drive multi-tiered solutions.
• Willingness to travel approximately 20%.

Responsibilities

• Deliver customized pre-sales technical presentations and product demonstrations to customers.
• Assist in the development of RFI/RFP responses and drive to close new opportunities.
• Engage with potential customers to understand their objectives and demonstrate the value proposition of LF DNO platform.
• Work with LotusFlares engineering team and customer technical teams to propose and help clients build deployment-ready solutions.
• Drive project execution technical track; track delivery, manage change, and resolve blockers.
• Manage UAT and production releases, and handover to support and operations.
• Act as key interface between customer and the LotusFlare organization (product, engineering, support, business).
• Support project management activities, ensuring issues are documented and addressed.
• Be part of a Global Delivery Team, sharing experiences and developing PM discipline.
• Troubleshoot customer technical issues in real time.
• Create documentation and develop best practices to help customers get the most out of the system.

POSITION SUMMARY:

As a Solution Architect, you will be responsible for all technical aspects of integrating and launching our offering, LotusFlare DNO Cloud with a customer from kickoff to go-live. You will have ownership of the technical relationship with customers, making recommendations on security, cost, performance, reliability, operational efficiency and best-practice architectures. Within LotusFlare, you are the advocate for your customers to ensure the successful progression of their project and advancement improvements to LotusFlare DNO Cloud, informing the roadmap of LotusFlare DNO Cloud capabilities and functions.

In your role, you ensure project goals are met and customer expectations are fulfilled. You will utilize your solid understanding of project management fundamentals and must be comfortable communicating with senior leadership (with customers and LotusFlare) verbally and in writing. Given your understanding of technology and project goals, you will connect technology to tangible project results in order to deliver valuable business outcomes to LotusFlare DNO Cloud customers.

Requirements:

• 8+ experience in Project Management, Technical Program Management, or similar technical leadership role
• You are a digital-savvy individual who knows the latest digital technologies and trends; you enjoy experimenting and are open to integrating new digital technologies into everyday work.
• Proficient in API design, client-server interaction design, and cloud infrastructure architecture
• Telecommunication architecture experience; across IT and Core (OCS/PS/CS) domains to manage and design solutions at scale
• Experience in delivering products against a plan in a fast-paced, multi-disciplined, and often ambiguous environment
• Experience working independently to design, plan, and execute technical projects
• Able to distill data and articulate the rationale for making difficult trade-offs
• A solid foundation in service-oriented and digital technologies to be able to understand service inter-dependencies and drive technical solutions for multi-tiered systems
• Demonstrated understanding of systems within program space to include limitations, scaling, boundary conditions, and architectural decision-making process
• Demonstrated deep knowledge of technical program management and engineering best practices
• Willingness and ability to travel approximately 20% of the time
• Comfort and experience with cross-organizational communication; excellent written and verbal communication skills. Written and verbal fluency in the English language is required.
