Job summary

Softobiz is seeking a Technology Lead/Architect in Hyderabad to own the end-to-end design, scalability, and production readiness of a next-generation healthcare platform. The role involves collaborating with engineering, product, analytics, and business teams to build patient-centric systems and analytics-enabled workflows.

You will drive execution, solve real-world problems, and ensure reliability across patient intake, admin systems, and analytics-driven processes.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Design and evolve scalable, reliable systems supporting patient-facing and internal workflows
• Define architecture patterns, service boundaries, and communication strategies across the platform
• Ensure systems are built with performance, resiliency, and maintainability in mind
• Translate business requirements into robust technical solutions
• Design complex, multi-step user journeys such as patient intake flows and onboarding
• Build flexible systems capable of handling dynamic workflows, conditional logic, and state-driven interaction
• Ensure seamless user experience even in failure scenarios or partial system outage
• Enable accurate tracking of user journeys and critical events across the platform
• Design systems that support analytics, reporting, and data-driven decision making
• Work with analytics teams to ensure data consistency, traceability, and dashboard usability
• Define and implement strategies for system reliability, fault tolerance, and graceful degradation
• Prepare production readiness including deployment strategies and rollback mechanisms
• Improve monitoring, alerting, and debugging capabilities
• Architect integrations with external platforms and third-party services
• Ensure reliable handling of asynchronous workflows and event-driven processes
• Design mechanisms for retry handling, idempotency, and failure recovery
• Identify bottlenecks and optimize for speed and efficiency

Role Overview

We are building a next-generation healthcare platform (EMR, Patient Intake, Admin Systems, and Analytics-driven workflows) and are looking for a Technology Architect who can take end-to-end ownership of system design, scalability, and production reliability.

This is a high-impact, hands-on role where you will work closely with Engineering, Product, Analytics, and Business teams to design systems that directly influence patient experience, conversion, and operational efficiency.
