Purpose of the Job (Brief)

BSG Solution Architect responsible to support Sales team in terms of understanding and meeting customers connectivity requirement right from the presales stage to the project execution stage.

Key Responsibilities

• Conceptualize & develop techno-commercial proposals & solutions across verticals using existing or new technologies.
• Consult, facilitate and sell solutions with strong selling skills.
• Design profitable, optimal and replicable technical solutions.
• Provide technical presentations to customers.
• Work closely with cross‑functional teams to stitch solutions end to end.
• Create technical proposals—analyze customer price expectations and indicate technical options in optimized offering.

Solution Design Activities

• Understand customers requirement.
• Build the solution and its deliverables as per customer‑specific requirements.

Proposal Building Activities

• Prepare proposals based on solutions for customer needs.
• Respond within defined turnaround time.

Customer Presentation / Solution / Proposal Activities

• Present solution to customers on their requirement and understanding.
• Define scope of work in regard to Airtel deliverables: in‑scope, out‑of‑scope, etc.

Standardization & Automation Activities

• Standardize product offering, solution and proposal documents.
