Job summary

Colruyt Group India is seeking a Solution Analyst to join the Price team within the Customer Offer Service Center. You will analyze business processes, design solutions, and define system requirements to optimize workflows.

The role covers both functional and non-functional aspects and includes documentation, training, and post-implementation support. You will work closely with business partners, assist in UAT, and deliver detailed documentation, data models, and user guides to ensure successful

Qualifications

• Analyze business processes and design solutions that support process optimization.
• Define system requirements and identify alternative solutions with workload estimates.
• Describe future system functionality from both functional and non-functional perspectives.

Responsibilities

• Functionally describe, test, and implement solutions and support partners in embedding them.
• Support key users from a functional perspective and assist with UAT.
• Provide documentation, training, and knowledge transfer to colleagues and stakeholders.
• Oversee functional operational support and post-implementation care of delivered solutions.
• Document As-Is and To-Be business processes, methods, and system capabilities.
• Create and maintain Functional/Non-Functional Requirements Documents and data models.
• Develop Use cases, user stories, test cases, and UX designs with mockups.
• Produce user manuals and educational documentation.

Analysis and Solution Design

• Youanalyze business processes and design solutions that support processoptimization.
  
• Youanalyze the current (\"As Is\") functionalities of systems withinscope and define system requirements to identify alternative solutions andestimate workloads.
  
• Youanalyze and describe what the future (\"To Be\") system must dofrom both a functional and non-functional perspective, ensuring that thesolution meets the agreed business requirements and that development teammembers have a clear understanding of the requirements needed to deliverthe optimal solution.
  

Solution Delivery and Implementation

• Youfunctionally describe, test, and implement solutions, and support businesspartners in embedding these solutions within their organization.
  
• Yousupport key users from a functional perspective by:
  
• Assistingand following up on user acceptance testing (UAT)
  
• Providingdocumentation, training, and knowledge transfer to colleagues andbusiness stakeholders
