Role: Business Analyst / Solution Analyst

What You’ll Do

• Drive end-to-end business analysis &solutioning across retail programs
• Convert business needs into clear, actionablerequirements (FRs & NFRs)
• Partner with business, architecture, andengineering teams to deliver solutions
• Create user stories, process flows (UML/BPMN), anddata models
• Own backlog grooming, prioritization, and Agileceremonies
• Support testing, UAT, and production issueresolution
• Ensure traceability, impact analysis, andvalue-driven delivery

Retail Domain (Must Have – AnyOne)

Customer & Loyalty | Marketing& Promotions | Finance & Billing | Supply Chain & Inventory | StoreOperations / POS
