Tekjawa Solar Solutions is seeking freshers to join its Technical / Solar Installation team as Solar Technicians in a field-based role for rooftop PV installations, electrical connections, commissioning support, and system maintenance at customer locations and project sites in Hyderabad, Telangana.

The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of electrical systems, a willingness to learn, and an interest in renewable energy careers.

Qualificações

• ITI or Diploma in Electrical or related field preferred.
• Freshers or 0–2 years’ experience encouraged to apply.
• Willing to work in rooftop installations and travel to sites.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in rooftop solar PV panel installation and mounting structure assembly.
• Support electrical wiring, cable connections, and inverter installation.
• Assist with solar system commissioning, testing, and performance checks.
• Conduct field activities at customer locations and project sites.
• Support the identification and troubleshooting of basic technical issues.
• Assist with preventive maintenance, inspections, and repair activities.
• Follow electrical safety standards and established site procedures.
• Coordinate with senior technicians to ensure timely and quality project execution.
• Travel to project sites as required.
