Job summary

Job Overview

We are hiring Site Technicians & Junior Site Engineers for rooftop solar installations, testing, commissioning, and regular maintenance. On-the-job guidance will be provided to passionate freshers ready for field work.

Key Responsibilities

• Installation: Support rooftop structure mounting, solar module fixing, and DC/AC cable routing.
• Electrical Work: Assist with inverter connections, MC4 crimping, earthing pits, and lightning arrestors.
• Testing & Commissioning: Help conduct basic voltage/continuity testing (V_{oc}, I_{sc}) and grid synchronization.
• Maintenance (O&M): Perform regular plant inspections, panel cleaning supervision, and basic inverter troubleshooting.
• Safety & Reporting: Follow rooftop safety protocols (safety harness, helmet, boots) and share daily site updates.

Who Can Apply?

Qualification: ITI (Electrician/Wireman), Diploma, or B.Tech (Electrical / EEE / Mechanical).

Experience: 0 to 3 years. Freshers with good electrical fundamentals and eager to learn on-site are encouraged to apply.

Skills: Basic knowledge of electrical tools (multimeter, clamp meter) and solar components.

Requirements:

• Comfortable with on-field rooftop work.
• Local language knowledge (Telugu for AP/Telangana, Tamil for Hosur) is a plus.
