Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or diploma in a relevant engineering discipline.
• Experience with ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and related QA standards.
• Hands-on experience in QA during solar cell/module production preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement final quality assurance procedures for solar cell manufacturing.
• Lead a team of quality engineers; provide training and guidance.
• Verify products against drawings, specs, and customer requirements.
• Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement with cross-functional teams.

Job Purpose:

The Incumbent will be part of solar cell quality function and will be responsible to drive the final Quality assurance Section . They need to ensure meets Product Quality ,Safety ,Reliability & Promote Continous improvement .

Roles & Responsibilities / Key Accountabilities:

• To develop the processes and procedures to implement and establish the final quality assurance procedures and guidelines for the inspection of solar Cell manufacturing for final/outgoing Quality Assurance.
• Lead a team of quality engineers, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure accurate and consistent quality inspection procedures.
• Verify products against drawings, specifications, customer requirements, and quality standards before dispatch if not meets than reject & promote improvement.
• KPI Monitoring & promote improvement if variance with CFT team.
• To analyse the daily operation data to acquire trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
• To collaborate with cross-functional teams to address FQA lot reject & Customers complaints or questions Closure.
• To drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and product quality of solar cell processes.
• Product and process audit to ensure the stability of process and quality of product at each stage of Solar Cell modules manufacturing process & measure the process performance.
• MIS Preparation and ISO/IMS Documentation to prepare the Various Quality Reports and maintain the activity of Document Control as per the requirements of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 45001.
• Man power allocation & optimum utilization to achieve maximum outputs.
• Responsible for maintaining quality standards across projects carrying out inspection, Customer audits & third party inspection.
• Maintain Good PR with Customer & ensure effective Customer handling to continued strengthening satisfaction level.
• 1Ensure Customers requirements follow-rate within organization .
• Root cause /FMEA / SPC / 7 QC tools analysis of process/Production/Quality Issues associated with Cell Production line
• Ensure all FQA section measuring equipment calibration management.
• Preparation of Final/Outgoing reports & showing to supervisor.
• Ensure teams following company guidelines ,safety & Discipline.

Education / Qualification:

B.Tech/Diploma Electrical/ Electronics/ Mechanical/ Material/ Production engineering

Knowledge & Skill Set:

• ISO9001:2015,ISO14001:2026 & ISO45001:2018 training & certification.
• Competency in core tools i.e. (APQP,PPAP,FMEA,MSA,SPC & Control Plan)
• Internal & External Auditing management.
• Lean exposure & Continous improvement.
• Quality tools ,reporting & Data analysis.

• CFT team effectively communication
