Responsibilities

• Understand business requirements and prepare test scenarios and test cases.
• Perform manual testing, including functional, regression, smoke, sanity, and integration testing.
• Execute test cases and report, track, and retest defects.
• Work closely with developers, business analysts, and QA team members to ensure software quality.
• Perform UI testing and validate application functionality against requirements.
• Maintain test documentation, test data, and test execution reports.
• Participate in requirement analysis and review meetings.
• Have a basic understanding of automation testing concepts and frameworks.
• Assist in developing and executing basic automation test scripts.
• Perform API testing using tools such as Postman, if applicable.

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Junior Software Tester with 1.52.5 years of experience in manual testing and a basic understanding of automation testing. The ideal candidate should have knowledge of software testing methodologies, test case preparation, defect tracking, and functional testing, along with a willingness to learn and contribute to automation testing activities.
