Immediate opening for a Software Support Engineer Candidate will be responsible for :

• Learning and mastering our products and tools
• Interacting with customers independently for resolution of issues
• Taking customer feedback and solving queries
• Resolution of technical issues reported by customers (L2 and L3 level support)
• Training customers on our Product
• Customer satisfaction and retention
• Maintaining proper records of work
• Demonstration of the product for a prospective client

Eligibility

• Bachelors degree minimum 2 years relevant experience within the enterprise IT sector
• Excellent programming skill with passion for programming
• Expertise in Java script with knowledge in node js
• Advanced troubleshooting and debugging skills, with a passion for problem-solving and investigation
• Ability to manage and grow existing enterprise customer and partner relationships by delivering high-quality support (Nice to have)
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Ability to deal with rapid change and limited structure
