Job summary

Mouser Electronics in Bengaluru, India is seeking an experienced Senior Quality Analyst/Engineer to lead testing across functional, regression, integration, API and performance domains. You will design test plans, create cases, and drive automated testing initiatives using Playwright and Python.

The role requires strong leadership, hands-on testing expertise, and collaboration with DevOps for CI/CD integration. Prior experience with AI tools and cloud-based testing is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Science or related field is required or equivalent work experience.
• ISTQB Agile Technical Tester, Test Automation Engineer, AI Testing, or equivalent certifications are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Testing all aspects of the product/system including function/component, system, performance, regression and service, integration, API, and user acceptance testing.
• Setting up test environments, designing test plans, developing test cases/scenarios/usage cases, and executing these cases.
• Lead risk-based test planning and ensure adequate test coverage through manual and automated testing approaches.
• Create, assign, and track project/module work plans for delivery and provide technical guidance for completion.
