Job summary

Mouser Electronics is seeking a QA Analyst with a strong automation focus in Bengaluru. You will drive the software QA lifecycle within an Agile framework, design and implement automation strategies, and build robust test automation frameworks using Selenium and Playwright.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create comprehensive test plans, execute both manual and automated tests, and document results for ongoing releases.

• Solid knowledge and understanding of SDLC & Bug Life Cycle Management.
• Responsible for driving the software quality assurance lifecycle within Agile process.
• Designing and implementing automation test strategies.
• Developing and maintaining test automation frameworks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and develop comprehensive test plans.
• Execute manual & automation testing, analyze results for discrepancies and defects, and meticulously document test cases based on functional specifications and user stories.
• Exposure in Load testing framework and capable of creating the performance test strategy.
• Preparing & Reviewing software bug reports and highlighting problem areas.
• Solid knowledge of software testing methodologies and best practices, with hands-on experience. using automation testing tools such as Selenium and Playwright.
• Ability to create In Sprint automation with proper coverage for sprint releases
• Hands on experience in automation frameworks such as TestNG, BDD.
• Experience in setting up CI/CD Pipelines for automation execution of deployments.
