You will mentor engineers, translate business needs into scalable features, and guide the long-term product roadmap, while integrating AgenticAI and big data technologies. This role blends hands-on technical leadership with strategic product vision.

Qualifications

• Product-first architecture experience in a high-growth startup.
• Bachelor’s or master's in CS or related.
• 8+ years in product architecture and analytics platform design.
• Backend: Python and Big Data ecosystem.
• Experience with Snowflake, Databricks, Airbyte, Spark, Kafka.
• AI/ML integration and agents using CrewAI/LangChain.
• Cloud: AWS/Azure/GCP; CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform.
• Knowledge of pharma regulations (HIPAA, CCPA, SOC2).

Responsibilities

• Architect and design AI-first analytics platform for Life Sciences.
• Own platform architecture, devops practices, data engineering and ML Ops.
• Drive integration of Agentic and Generative AI into the iZO Platform.
• Mentor engineers in Python, data engineering, AI/ML; foster agile culture.
• Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and stakeholders to roadmap.
• Recruit and onboard top engineering talent.

About The Role We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Product Architect toanchor the architecture and design of our next-generation iZO Platform.This is a pivotal role where you must blend deep architectural skills with a mandatorybackground in product-led environments. You will be responsible forbuilding innovative, scalable products in the Data Analytics and AI/ML space.

As a key technical leader, you will mentor a talented team of engineers tobuild a premier Life Sciences platform. Your work will solve critical problemsacross the industry value chain—from Product Launch and Segmentation toSalesforce Optimization and Actionable Insights—leveraging the power of AgenticAI and Big Data.

Key Responsibilities Platform Vision: Architectand design a modern, AI-first analytical apps platform tailored for theLife Sciences industry.

• Product-FirstArchitecture: Translate complex business requirements into scalableproduct features, ensuring the architecture supports a long-term productroadmap rather than one-off project solutions.
• Tech Ownership: Own theplatform architecture, development best practices, CI/CD/DevOps, DataEngineering, and ML Ops (including LLMs and autonomous agents).
• Drive the integration ofAgentic & Generative AI capabilities into the iZO Platform to poweradvanced use cases like Field & HCP Engagement and ContentPersonalization.
• Coach and engage ahigh-performing team specializing in Python (FastAPI), data engineering,and AI/ML. Provide technical guidance, career development, and foster anagile, innovative culture.
• Partner with ProductManagers, Data Scientists, and business stakeholders to define thelong-term architecture roadmap.
• Drive engineering bestpractices, code quality, and technical excellence. Participate inrecruiting and onboarding top-tier engineering talent.

Qualifications & Skills

• Product Experience(Mandatory): Must have a proven track record of architecting, building,launching, and scaling successful software products in a"Product-First" organization, preferably in a high growthstart-up.
• Bachelor’s or master’sdegree in a computer science or related disciplines.
• 8+ years of productarchitecture and solution design experience, specifically building andscaling analytics platforms from the ground up.
• Backend: Expertproficiency in Python and the Big Data ecosystem (FastAPI/Flask,SQL/NoSQL).
• Data Ops: Hands-onexperience with Snowflake, Databricks, Airbyte, Spark, and Kafka.
• AI/ML: Proven experienceintegrating AI models, RAG architectures, optimization techniques andbuilding agents using frameworks like CrewAI and LangChain.
• Cloud &Infrastructure: Deep knowledge of AWS (preferred), Azure, or GCP.Proficiency in CI/CD (Jenkins, GitLab CI), containerization (Docker,Kubernetes), and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform).
• Knowledge ofpharma/biotech industry regulations and compliance requirements likeHIPAA, CCPA, SOC2, etc.

Familiaritywith commercial datasets such as IQVIA, Symphony, and Komodo, as well as CRMsystems like Veeva and OCE.
