Join our team as a Technical Lead focused on designing, developing, and delivering enterprise SaaS applications. The ideal candidate will bring strong hands-on full stack engineering experience with Java, Spring/Spring Boot, REST APIs, Angular, JavaScript/TypeScript, and SQL Server/Oracle, along with the ability to lead technical decisions, mentor engineers, and deliver scalable, secure, high-quality solutions. This role requires a strong technical contributor who can guide a team, solve complex engineering problems, and use modern engineering practices, including responsible AI-assisted development, to improve productivity and software quality.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Work as a core member of a global engineering team that applies the right technologies and practices to deliver world-class solutions that delight customers.
• Design, develop, test, and maintain full stack enterprise SaaS applications using Java, Spring/Spring Boot, REST/SOAP APIs, Angular, JavaScript/TypeScript, and SQL Server/Oracle.
• Lead technical design, code reviews, implementation approach, and engineering standards within the development team.
• Build, test, and deliver complex frameworks, services, UI components, and application features while diagnosing and resolving complex product issues.
• Drive clean code, reusable design, SOLID principles, design patterns, secure coding, automated unit testing, and maintainable architecture.
• Ensure code quality and compliance using tools and practices such as Sonar, Dependency Track, peer reviews, unit testing, and code coverage guidelines.
• Work in Agile teams following Agile and SAFe methodologies to deliver high-quality products with performance, scalability, security, localization, and reliability requirements in mind.
• Guide and mentor engineers and QA team members on technical implementation, troubleshooting, best practices, and continuous improvement.
• Partner with global leads, architects, product, QA, and engineering management to align technical decisions with product and business goals.
• Use AI-assisted development tools responsibly, such as LLM-based coding assistants, Codex, ChatGPT, Claude, and GitHub Copilot, to support research, coding, debugging, test creation, documentation, and code review while validating accuracy and protecting company/customer data.
• Conduct technical research and recommend improvements to tools, frameworks, development practices, and engineering productivity.

WHO YOU ARE

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 8+ years of professional software development experience, including hands-on full stack development and technical leadership responsibilities.
• Strong expertise in Java, Spring/Spring Boot, RESTful APIs, microservices or service-oriented architecture, and enterprise application development.
• Hands-on experience with Angular, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and building modular, component-based front-end applications.
• Strong experience with SQL Server and/or Oracle, including database design, SQL queries, performance-aware data access, T-SQL or stored procedures.
• Proficient in object-oriented design and development using SOLID principles, design patterns, reusable components, and maintainable architecture.
• Experience with CI/CD, Azure DevOps or similar tools, Git or equivalent version control, and modern build/deployment practices.
• Quality and test-first development mindset with experience in unit testing, automated testing, code coverage, peer reviews, and secure engineering practices.
• Successful track record of delivering high-quality, scalable, and thoroughly tested software in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Ability to define technical standards, influence peers, mentor engineers, and provide technical direction without relying only on authority.
• Familiarity with AI-enabled software development practices, including effective prompting, code generation, test generation, debugging assistance, documentation support, and responsible validation of LLM-generated output.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly explain technical challenges and solutions to stakeholders and peers.
