Job summary

Addepar is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead a high-impact team and scale the Addepar Platform. You will define technical direction and architect cross-cutting solutions across our products.

You will build and mentor a strong engineering team, ensure timely execution of deliverables, and collaborate with multiple departments and partners to drive platform strategies.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of software engineering experience.
• Proven experience leading engineering teams in fintech.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Experience with Java 17/21, Kafka, Spring Boot, Quarkus, AWS, SQL/NoSQL databases.
• Nice to have CI/CD, Terraform, Docker, Kubernetes experience.

The Role

Addepar is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Engineering Manager to join our world-class team.

In this high-impact role, you won’t just lead a group of engineers—you’ll be the driving force behind scaling the Addepar Platform and architecting cross-cutting solutions that redefine how our products interact.

Applicants must have legal authorization to work in the country where this role is based on the first day of employment. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

• Driving the technical direction for cross cutting products across Addepar.

Who You Are

• Minimum 10+ years of experience in software engineering Proven experience in leading engineering teams in fintech space.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Good experience and knowledge in the below tech stack including : Java (Version 17 OR 21) , Kafka, Spring Boot, Quarkus, AWS , SQL/noSQL Databases
• Nice to have experience with CI/CD pipelines ,terraform, docker, kubernetes, etc
