Job summary

Datamatics in Mumbai invites a senior engineer-turned-Engineering Manager to lead and grow high-performing teams delivering CRM, data platforms and cloud-based products using Salesforce, Azure, Google Cloud, Dynamics 365 and Power Platform. You will own end-to-end delivery, drive feasibility, architecture and design decisions, and hire and coach engineers to build scalable, reliable solutions.

• Own technical feasibility and end-to-end delivery, ensuring solutions are scalable, practical and aligned with business needs.
• Lead hiring, coaching and development of engineers, with a strong focus on building high-performing teams and engineering capability.
• Provide technical leadership, solution architecture and design.
• Drive operational excellence, continuous improvement and delivery effectiveness across projects and products.
