Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, engineering, information technology, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in full stack application development.
• Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Git, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or CI/CD tools.
• Experience designing and developing RESTful APIs and event-driven architectures.
• Experience with relational and NoSQL databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Oracle, MongoDB, Cosmos DB).
• Experience integrating AI/ML services into enterprise applications.
• Agile/Scrum experience with cross-functional teams.
• Strong knowledge of Java 8/11/17, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Hibernate, and microservices.
• Knowledge of design patterns, OOP, secure coding practices.
• Understanding Generative AI concepts, LLMs, RAG, vector databases, and prompt engineering.
• Cloud-native development across Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Familiarity with Python and AI/ML ecosystems (Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Azure AI).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure, high-performing enterprise applications using Java, Spring Boot, React/Angular, and TypeScript.
• Build and enhance microservices, RESTful APIs, and cloud‑native solutions with modern engineering practices.
• Design, develop, and integrate AI/ML-enabled features including automation, analytics, recommendations, and GenAI solutions.
• Collaborate with product managers, architects, data scientists, and engineering teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
• Develop and consume APIs for seamless integration with enterprise systems and AI/ML services.
• Implement secure coding standards, monitoring, performance tuning, and scalability improvements.
• Deploy applications on cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) with containers and Kubernetes.
• Lead architecture reviews, design discussions, and engineering best practices initiatives.
• Support CI/CD, DevOps automation, infra-as-code, and deployment optimization activities.
• Work with AI/ML engineers to operationalize models and deploy AI services.
• Leverage LLMs, GenAI frameworks, prompt engineering, and AI orchestration platforms.
• Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analyses, and ensure platform reliability.
• Mentor junior engineers and drive innovation and technical excellence.
• Drive adoption of emerging technologies and modern software engineering practices.
• Comply with company policies and flexible work arrangements.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure, and high‑performing enterprise applications using Java, Spring Boot, React/Angular, and TypeScript
• Build and enhance microservices, RESTful APIs, and cloud‑native solutions using modern software engineering practices
• Design, develop, and integrate AI/ML‑enabled features including intelligent automation, predictive analytics, recommendation engines, and Generative AI solutions
• Collaborate with product managers, architects, data scientists, and engineering teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
• Develop and consume APIs for seamless integration with enterprise systems, third‑party platforms, and AI/ML services
• Implement secure coding standards, application monitoring, performance tuning, and scalability improvements
• Build and deploy applications on cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP, utilizing containerization and Kubernetes
• Participate in architecture reviews, technical design discussions, and engineering best practice initiatives
• Support CI/CD pipelines, DevOps automation, infrastructure‑as‑code, and deployment optimization activities
• Work closely with AI/ML engineers to operationalize machine learning models and deploy AI services into production environments
• Leverage Large Language Models (LLMs), GenAI frameworks, prompt engineering techniques, and AI orchestration platforms to build intelligent solutions
• Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and ensure platform reliability and availability
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to a culture of innovation, technical excellence, and continuous improvement
• Drive adoption of emerging technologies, AI‑powered development tools, and modern software engineering practices

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
• 7+ years of experience in Full Stack Application Development
• Hands‑on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Git, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or equivalent CI/CD tools
• Experience designing and developing RESTful APIs and event‑driven architectures
• Experience with relational and NoSQL databases such as SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Oracle, MongoDB, or Cosmos DB
• Experience integrating AI/ML services, cognitive APIs, or machine learning models into enterprise applications
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and collaborating with cross‑functional teams

• Knowledge of software design patterns, object-oriented principles, and secure coding practices
