Primary Responsibilities:
- Software Engineer with end-to-end ownership of application design, development, testing, deployment, DevOps, and production support across Angular, .NET Core, Azure, SQL Server, and HCC Kubernetes platforms
- Responsible for delivering secure, scalable, and reliable solutions, driving application modernization, automation, and operational excellence
- Leverages AI-assisted engineering capabilities, including code generation, test automation, documentation, root-cause analysis, defect detection, and design recommendations, to improve productivity, quality, and delivery velocity
- Partners with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of product roadmap priorities, platform stability, and continuous improvement initiatives

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, or related field or equivalent certification
- Ability to design, develop, test, deploy, and support scalable, secure, and reliable applications using Angular, .NET Core, Azure, SQL Server, and HCC Kubernetes
- Ability to drive application modernization initiatives, including cloud-native architecture, microservices adoption, platform enhancements, and technical debt reduction
- Ability to develop high-quality, maintainable code and establish engineering best practices through code reviews, design reviews, and adherence to development standards
- Ability to leverage AI-assisted engineering capabilities such as code generation, test automation, documentation creation, root-cause analysis, defect prediction, and developer productivity tools to accelerate delivery and improve quality
- Ability to design and implement automated testing strategies, including unit, integration, regression, performance, and system testing to ensure application reliability and resilience
- Ability to build and maintain CI/CD pipelines, DevOps processes, infrastructure automation, and deployment solutions across cloud environments
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues, perform root-cause analysis, and provide ongoing application support to meet operational and business SLAs
- Ability to collaborate with product owners, business stakeholders, architects, QA, and DevOps teams to define requirements and deliver roadmap commitments
- Ability to mentor and support team members by promoting engineering excellence, knowledge sharing, and continuous learning
- Ability to evaluate emerging technologies, AI capabilities, and industry trends to identify opportunities for innovation, automation, and continuous improvement
- Ability to ensure compliance with company policies, security standards, regulatory requirements, and organizational directives while adapting to evolving business needs and priorities
